About
Living internationally can be rewarding, but it can also bring unexpected challenges. Adjusting to a new culture, managing career and family demands, maintaining relationships, and finding a sense of balance can sometimes feel overwhelming. I work with adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking support with anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional regulation, motivation, executive functioning challenges, ADHD, and the everyday pressures of modern life. My therapeutic style is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood and empowered to actively participate in the process. Together, we explore patterns, build self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and identify realistic steps toward the life you want to create. With a background in Social Work, international education, and executive functioning coaching, I bring a broad perspective to supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
